With over 24 years of experience in the telephony and technology-enabled service domain, he has held pivotal roles at prominent organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Mphasis, and Convergys. In these positions, he managed large-scale consumer service initiatives and infrastructure projects for Fortune 500 companies including Hewlett Packard, State Bank of India, and SingTel Group’s Optus in Australia.

His most notable contribution was at Bharti Airtel, where he excelled in managing extensive outsourced operations and pioneered product and experience design for high-impact programs like myPlan and Service-2-Sell.

Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, he rebranded Desibol InfoTech Solutions to LeadsBPO in 2023. Under his leadership, LeadsBPO has expanded its footprint and now serves clients across the USA and European markets.
