Founder & CEO

Shailendra began his entrepreneur journey with Desibol InfoTech Solutions Private Limited, a company he founded in 2015 to cater to the evolving needs of start-ups, entrepreneurs, and SMBs. With over 24 years of experience in the telephony and technology-enabled service domain, he has held pivotal roles at prominent organizations such as Bharti Airtel, Mphasis, and Convergys. In these positions, he managed large-scale consumer service initiatives and infrastructure projects for Fortune 500 companies including Hewlett Packard, State Bank of India, and SingTel Group’s Optus in Australia.

His most notable contribution was at Bharti Airtel, where he excelled in managing extensive outsourced operations and pioneered product and experience design for high-impact programs like myPlan and Service-2-Sell.

Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, he rebranded Desibol InfoTech Solutions to LeadsBPO in 2023. Under his leadership, LeadsBPO has expanded its footprint and now serves clients across the USA and European markets.

Aditi Karandikar, a growth leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in helping startups, enterprises, and mid-sized companies create and accelerate sales pipelines. As a Fractional CMO and Growth Advisor based in the US, she excels in crafting and executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive sustainable growth and enhance market presence.

Aditi creates comprehensive marketing plans for the networking, security, storage, backup, cloud, fintech and hi-tech industries. She has helped US-based startups scale and India-based companies enter the North American market.

She is an expert in product marketing, positioning, and competitor analysis in addition to executing digital demand generation strategies (SEO, SEM, social media ads) and generating leads, both B2B and B2C. Implementing GTM strategies, sales enablement, driving ABM campaigns, and empowering partners like MSPs and VARs are all part of the role she plays. Her analytical abilities guarantee accurate ROI calculations and thorough marketing reports.
